The MacGahan American-Bulgarian Foundation Scholarship
The MacGahan Foundation awards two scholarships annually to graduating Seniors of Perry County.

Scholarships are awarded to seniors from the following schools:
- New Lexington High School
- Crooksville High School
- Miller High School
- Sheridan High School
- A Perry County resident from Fisher Catholic High School or Rosecrans High School
- Home Schooled students also qualify to apply.
The scholarship is awarded at the school's academic awards program and the check is presented at the MacGahan Festival luncheon in June.
Bulgarian Scholarships
Beginning in 2022, the Foundation awards scholarships to our partner seniors from a school in Batak, Bulgaria. With the help of technology, the winners from Bulgaria join the festival and share their essays.

The MacGahan Scholarship application is available, in Adobe Acrobat format. It can be printed out and then completed or it can be filled out online.
